I started Box to Box Soccer Training out of my pure love for the game — I love to play, I love to train, and I love to watch, learn, and grow as a coach.
I've been playing soccer since a very early age. I grew up playing for South Central Premier and Oakwood Soccer Club in Connecticut under several Hall of Fame coaches. I won numerous state titles at the club and high school level, receiving individual honors and awards while playing for nationally ranked programs. I also competed in Region 1 Championships and tournaments throughout the United States and internationally. My soccer career continued through college at Clark University and the USASA league in Baltimore, Maryland.
I hold coaching certifications by the USSF, Coerver Coaching, U.S. Futsal, and United Soccer Coaches. I possess many years of coaching experience at the high school level in Maine and New Jersey, as well as in youth soccer programs and camps in New Jersey and Connecticut.
My training philosophy was formed during my time as a player, coach, and lifelong fan and student of the game. It is player centered and technically rigorous, with an emphasis on encouraging creative play and quick decision-making.
